after driving about 3 miles i have smoke & burning coming from the rear passenger side seat i have been all round underneath the car and cant find whats causing it

Check to make sure that the brakes cylinder has not seized and causing the brakes to bind...

agreed with above check also a loose grommet anmd split exhaust pipe isnt also the cause
