Rear wiper not working found bear wire in loom not touching any other bear wire so any one know what it could be

Need to find out why the wire is bare, has it burnt out??? If so, then there is a short on the system. Could also be a faulty relay or burnt out motor...

Need to check if getting power to motor .Broken wires in sheath between roof into tailgate common fault .

Put new wiper motor on & relays still not working it's difficult to take out roof lining is it not

could be the wiper stalk common fault, if that does'nt solve it do a volt drop check
