REAR LIGHT WORKING INTERMITTENTLY

ONE OF MY REAR LIGHTS IS WORKING INTERMITTENTLY,IT WILL BE OK AND THEN I GO FOR JOURNEY AND THEN IT IS NOT WORKING.
I HAVE CHECKED THE FITTINGS,REPLACED THE BULB STILL THE SAME

sometimes the connections in the wiring plug splay open making bad contacts either push pins together a bit on plug or slightly put atwist on the metal pins sticking out of the bulb holder to make a better contact with wiring

Hi,

I did what you sugggested without andy luck,however I should have mentioned in the first place that although the parking light is not working properly the brake light does.
Help please.

I DID WHAT WAS SUGGESTED BUT IT MADE DIFFERENCE,WHAT I FORGOT TO SAY IN MY ORIGNAL
ENQUIRY WAS THAT ALTHOUGH THE PARKING LIGHT WORKED INTERMITTENTLY THE BRAKE LIGHT WAS OK.
