2001 Ford Focus engine management light staying on

Diagnostic check at local garage, result was mixture. This was checked and ok.New breather pipe fitted. After 2 days light was back on. I have now paid 2 bills and problem not resolved. Please advise.

The diagnostic code was P0172 (system too rich) Bank 1.
