Hi recently i drove over a big pothole causing my alloy to pop now after changing back to my original wheels my steering pulls to the left and steering wheel shakes could this be the tracking.

It could be the tracking, but have a look underneath to check for any damage to any of the shafts, suspension, antiroll bar etc,

Depending how big a hole you drove in i would start by getting it retracked this is why its pulling, as for the steering wheel shakes it could be just the steel wheel needs rebalancing.
