1999 Ford Focus following a power fluid leak which is still happening the wheel makes a noise when turning either way and there is air bubbles in the fluid reservoir for the power steering any ideas?

you need to sort the leak first as this is allowing air into your system, once the leak is sorted you will need to bleed the power steering system. this should be easy to do with a work shop manual.
