Clock displasing its time

The clock display on the radio doesent hold the time.At the time after purchasing the car from Fords when the car was six month's old thay said thay no of the problem.The girl at the desk in Brian Brothers (fords motors) toid me it's all to do with the wire loom between the radio and ignion. The loom whas replaced and the clock still displases the time so you just can't relie on it. Be so glad to here.

well thats customer service for you isnt it i would demand that it works properly as it should do keep fighting your corner until the problem is resolved
