Full battery charged 12.5v nothing happened tried a jump start bearly turning over power boost unit same thing happening feels as though batteries flat but showing over 12v on multimeter

LOAD test your battery and also check reading when cranking in case a dud starter drawing battery down .Check battery terminals and all earths , especially any from power unit to body
