Car lacks poer when cold

The engine lacks power when cold. It is ok when the engine is warm. When cold there is no power. If you put your foot down there is no response until the engine warms up. The lack of power can be intermittent.

Could be engine coolant temp sensor which basically sends signal to ECU regarding fuel needed for engine .

The coolant temp sensor tests out ok. Could it be the TMAP sensor or just a fuel pump problem?
