Buzzing Noise?

My cars recently been making a really funny, medium pitched, buzzing noise.
It happened once in second gear, whilst breaking but every other time it has happened whilst changing down to second and breaking at the same time.
It only ever lasts a few seconds and does not happen everytime the brake pedal is pushed.
Any ideas?

Have you got someone to tighting up your gear stick sounds like it's is a bit loose.
