2005 Ford Fiesta petrol making swirling noise

I own a 2005 reg Ford Fiesta 1.4. Over the past couple of days I have heard a swishing noise coming from the petrol tank, sounds like someone shaking a bottle of water. is this a normal thing to happen or is there something wrong?? thanks

filter may have failed on fuel pick up pipe no real concern unless you use bad fuel
