My air con seems to be working very poorly. The fan comes on and the idle speed increases a bit as normal. There is however an audible metallic click around every 30 seconds or so. I would normally have thought it just needs regassed but this was done(acording to the dealer) 10 months ago.
Any thoughts/ideas appreciated

Could be just needing re gassed .Kwik fit do that " Recharge or No Charge " offer .

I saw that offer but should it need re gassed after just 10 months

The noise you are hearing is the aircon pump clutch kicking in and out, if the temp isnt getting that cold i would agree it needs a recharge and no it shouldnt need it after 10months it may well have a leak, would not recommend using kwikfit, go to your local garage probably the same price and you wont come out with 4 new tyres aswell
