hi when i'm pressing on the clutch, to change gear the rpm(slang) goes up too much like i'm pressing the gas when i dont. and when i loose the clutch it goes normaly.
what is the problem..?

what speed is the engine idling at?is idle speed ok when stationary?

Sounds like fault on throttle position sensor , quite common .
