2003 Ford Fiesta car makes slight noise

Hello my car 1.3 ford finness 2003, makes a noise like its trying to cut out. This only happens when engine running and not moving, also when sat at lights etc. Just had mot and service. Oil change new filter and 4 new spark plugs fitted over 3 weeks ago, could this be where problem started. Will my car sudenly cut out one day ??.

Check vac pipes on air filter house.
Sounds like one may not have been reconnected correctly when you had your service done.
