I have recently started using my boyfriends car and i have to move the seat forward to drive. the leaver that you pull doesnt pull forward for me to push it bk anymore. i seems like its locked in2 place. any answers on how to solve this problem please :)

Check underneath that there is nothing jamming on seat tracks or release mechanism .

thank u for that i have tryed looking and cudnt see anythink there. i av put some oil on it to see if that helps over night. it seems to be stuck pulled out.

Can't remember for sure , but on a lot of Fiestas the lever / bar pulled up to adjust.This released a hook which clicked into slots on channel , simple set up unless jammed .
