Electric Window Faulty

Hoping some intelligent genius can help. Drivers electric window does not work, the motor runs, I can hear it.. It will lower the window but will not raise it. I can physically push the window up by hand but it will not go up all of the way. Anyone got any ideas why it won't go all the way up, and also how to get the motor to get it up at all??

sounds like the window has come out of its runner guides in the door and the window is twisting as you try to send the window up remove door card and have a visual look at the window in the down position and then see what happens as you send the window up and you should see straight away what the problem is
