Hi, Pleased with my new car, fantastic drive, but having problems with my central locking system, one month ago 1,995 mls on clock, central locking failed and would not lock with fob key or with key itself, Fault found with sounoid on latch ( drivers door )
One month later, 2250 mls on clock, drivers door failed to open with central locking or key, all other doors open with fob key, system activating, drivers door will open only from the inside, car will lock with central locking system, car taken for repair, no information as yet, Any one else had this problem, I do hear it is a common fault with ford cars

You can get probs with central locking on many makes of cars nowadays , not only Ford . It's usually when they get a bit older , not when new , that you get solenoids / wiring etc. failing . Sure they will get it sorted out and you will soon enjoy driving your Fiesta , a great little car , once again .
