1996 Ford Fiesta car alarm keeps going off

My car alarm keeps going off and the door open warning light keeps coming on even though the doors are securely closed. I don't really want to disable the alarm plus because I am female I don't want to be ripped off.

poss a door switch faulty,if you do not want to pay alot for a repair go to your local ford garage ,go to the workshop & ask if any of the mechanics want some private work for cash

thanks for the reply,I have taken to a Ford dealier before and they supposed to have fixed a faulty door catch, what are the chances of there being 2 faulty door catches!!
