2007 Ford Fiesta irratic idling on cold start

My car wont idle on cold start. It sounds like it's running on 3 cylinders. I cant touch the gas pedal for about a minute, after which it smooths out, and is then fine.
I have changed plugs, plug leads. Cleaned injectors and the throtle body. Changed oils, and have had the AFR's tested.
I suspect the MAP sensor might be fouled up and needs a clean.
