Clock light and cigarette lighter don’t turn off

Usually certain things like clock light . dash lights on some vehicles stay on for a certain time after switching off . might be
mins or so . Maybe there is a timer relay that is faulty if staying on longer , dont really know on your vehicle . Likewise with the cig .lighter it must have a constant live feed but wont use any power unless plugged in or an accessory used from it .
