1998 Ford Fiesta sidelights and dashboard back light not working

Very wet day all lights working okay but then sidelights and dashboard back light stopped working. All other lights still fine.
Checked fuse in car and seems to be ok - although no manual to be checked unfortunately.
Could it still be wet and drying out?
Fuses in car were 7.5 amp not sure if that is correct. Can't see fuse that says dashboard back light? If that out could it effect the sidelight?
