Intermittent working rev counter speedometer not working, power steering is erratic

well this all started when we changed the side light bulb when we put it back together nearly all the warning lights were on and the speedometer did not work ??

Dont know why changing the bulb would cause it . Could be an instrument cluster fault fault , VSS ( vehicle speed sensor ) to name two possible causes
