2002 Ford Fiesta car struggling up hills

Whenever I pull off the car takes ages to move, and i have to really give it lots of revs so it doesnt stall. When Im on hills it is really slow and pulling off is a nightmare. I have heard two small bangs from under the bonnett, not too loud but i've never heard it before. Any help?

get the car to a garage we have had this in our workshops and it is most likely an injector or air maff sensor or a blocked cat
