last couple of days my steering seems to be making a rubbing noise i have checked powers steering fluid which is fine was wondering if it might be the brakes and if it might need more brake fluid and how do i change this.

Unless you have noticed a change in the brakes, i would think its something else. Get a garage to have a look underneath
