You must have a small leak somewhere. It will only get worse so get it checked over when the car is warmed up as the water will be under more pressure.

It is a pressurised system , check / replace cap would be easiest place to start .If not that , carry out a pressure test on cooling system and it will show any exterior leaks .If still leaking , carry out a block test .
