2009 Ford Fiesta no audible warning chimes or indicators

I have no audible warning chimes such as lights left on when I open the door, no audible seatbelt warning and no noise from the indicators when they are on. This has meant a few flat batteries when I forget to turn the lights off and driving for miles with the indicator still on.

Go into Menu ,scroll through and there is an option under Vehicle Settings to turn Warning Chimes on or off.
