2002 Ford Fiesta rattling noise when clutch pushed in

Car: Ford Fiesta
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.3 Flight Petrol
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
Have noticed in last 24 hrs rattling noise when clutch pushed in but gear changing is not affected. Car is old but has low mileage, passed MOT in June with no faults and runs well. Paid £350 for it in May. Would appreciate advice on what problem may be but also if its worth repairing. Good car otherwise and previous elderly owner only ever took it to supermarket.. Average yearly mileage 2000 miles prior to purchase. Original tyres still on !! Have Full Service History.

Only way to be sure is to take the gearbox out and inspect the clutch.
but I've seen some very bad clutches on small Fords,
one had actually pushed the release bearing in through the clutch fingers.
If needed it's the clutch,
2 piece kit,
and the release bearing,
which for their own reasons my supplier does separately so factor that in plus labour.
