2002 Ford Fiesta brakes discs keep warping

my front brake discs keep warping causing vibration in the steering wheel had 4 sets in a year and cant find the problem also a rubbing noise at certain parts of the wheel on and off any ideas new discs are ok for about 200 miles then go again

suspect bent or distorted wheel hub flanges. have both the front wheel bearings and flanges changed put a new set of discs and pads. if nothing else if bent or distorted then this will cure it. hope this helps!!

maybe the calipers are binding causing the discs to get too hot ! do the wheels turn freely when off t hot to the touch
