When I try to close my window with the 1 touch facility it stops as soon as I take my finger off the button, can anyone help. Thanks

Hold down the switch till the window is fully lowered .Release the switch momentarily and then press down again for 5 seconds .Hold the up switch till window fully raised , release switch momentarily and hold the switch up again for 5 seconds .
