Hi Guys
Have the beginning of a problem on my fiesta.
Done nearly 250 miles on motorway last week, no problems. I have just noticed that on tick over the revs are dropping off and then coming back up.(no rev counter) Sometimes getting a slight hesitation on acceleration in first and second. Fitted new air filter. Plugs are 2 years old 12000 miles.I was going to service car next month. Plugs/oil/filter. Obviously needs doing now. Any one have any thoughts? Thanks

If you blip the throttle is there a short delay?
Usually points to throttle stepper, map sensor or maff sensor

I had an endura in a while ago for my stepdaughter. It had a similar fault. I changed everything and still wasn't perfect.
Could be a leak in the vacuum system. Listen for air whistling.and you could spraywd40 around the manifold to see if it sucks any in.
