2012 Ford Fiesta reverse gear jumps out

when im reverseing it jumps out of gear then back in again,its only for about 5 secs and it has done it 4 or 5 times in the last month,the gear stick doesnt move,please help

Still under warranty take it back to your dealer .

Unless it's an automatic , never heard of jumping out and then back in on a manual box .If it jumped out , it stayed out .
