my service light came on in my car if i service it myself will the light go off or is there somethin the garage has to do when they service it???

most setvice lamps are able to be reset by using the speedo buttons in a particular sequence. some others have to be reset using suitable diagnostic equipment. check the owners manual for the lamp illuminated because i am not sure that fiestas have such a lamp... make sure you are not confusing a service lamp for an engine management warning lamp.

they dont have service lights : describe it to me been with ford 8 years

about ten mins into driving a yellow light comes on the dashboard with a car thru it,i was told this was the service light?im lost with cars

thats the engine management light does it run rough? get it on a diagnostic eqq. asap
