have ajusted hand brake but cant get hand brake to work
have check the brake shoes and they are in vgc

You will have to check the cables and linkage are free and that the shoes are sliding on back plates .Then you will have to manually adjust. the brakes as it's a cert the self adjusters wont be working .Also clean off any lip on outside edge on the inside of drum .
