okies, this fiesta is my boyfriends...
it's been like this since the summertime and i need to know if this could be an easy fix, if the problems are related in any way or if we need to fork out a lot of moola to fix it
so yeah the first problem is that the car over heats when it's sat in traffic and when its a hot day.
second problem is the blowers will only blow out cold air.
my boyfriend has bad luck with cars and i am worried that it could be the head gasket as we've had a previous car where the gasket went and it was a write off.

hi firstly replace the thermostat with a genuine part upon fittig drill a 3mm hole on the outer ring. next replace the heater valve situated on the bulk head, make sure water pump is working eg is the water in the bottle moving , is the rad hot. very uncommon on the lil fez to blow head gaskets. any advise 07902004967

the car broke down this morning, the fan belt slipped on a pully... the AA pickup said that this is part of the reason... only annoying thing is they said it needs a new fanbelt and we've just had one fitted about a week ago. our machanic's looking to get a new pully and fanbelt
i am slightly annoyed.
at least the machanic said that he wouldn't charge us for the fanbelt...
he did say that the cold blower was also a quick fix. i am waiting to hear news from him about getting the parts and getting the car back on the road.
