Boot switch doesn't work

The unlock boot switch inside the car doesn't work does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

First thing to check is the fuse. Have a look in the owners handbook and it will detail location and number for all the fuses.

A few possible faults .May be the lock solenoid or linkage . You need to pull trim off for checking . Could also be broken wire where the wiring passes through into the tailgate at top .

Probably a solenoid fault or broken wiring .
