Power Windows not working (both)

I used the window buttons to drop both windows to clear them and both windows are now stuck in the down position. Neither of the front windows are now working and when I press the buttons the dome light inside the car comes on?

I have had a quick look at the fuses and there doesnt seem to be an issue there, any ideas?

i would check the harness between the door and 'A' post as you may have a couple of broken wires.
