Heater blowing cold

Hi my wife's car is blowing cool air from the heater,all the pipes are hot,rad is hot the pipes in and out of the heater are hot,but still blows cool,there are no other problems,even on a two hundred mile trip,it still blows cool,any one any idea's please.thanks

could be a blocked heater matrix or more likly the heater valve on the water inlet side of the rad,could be adjusted by a cable or electrical.have someone move the hot cold switch and you look under dash to see wot moves cable detached or simular
