Fiesta not going into any gears

hi all
all started with car not selecting any gears at all

so changed clutch and 3/4 springs were snapped and outer metal ring was snapped

all changed topped up with fluid now not selecting gears crunching in reverse
and now with car running foot on clutch car wants to drive away only when trying to select a gear any gear

please help

If it was the right clutch assembly and fitted correctly , you may have a fault with the clutch master cyl and/or slave cyl .

was all fitted properly and slave cylinder was also changed but still the same problem
suggestions on f o c website says flywheel problem any thoughts

Cant see or understand why flywheel would cause it .Have you tried bleeding clutch again ? You used to get problems with reverse gear crunching on that car when the centre plate was sticking on splines .On some cars it's possible to fit centre plate wrong way round .But would bleed clutch again and see if any air still in system .

i can not select any gear properly especially reverse gear, i had to really force it into gaer to get it home. please can anyone help, is it the clutch or gearbox,the gears really crunch, reversing hardly works.
