hi,is there an easy way of removeing filler from blast clean metal parts????

hi,yeah i know it was a bit vague,sorry.The thing is,ive got an old lambretta that has benn blasted clean,but it has got some filler in it.I need to remove said filler to asses the conditon of material beneath it?Is thier an easy way of doing this.thanx

No there isnt just have to remove carefully
