I recently recharged my battery and replaced. All electrics were working fine. Went for short drive after 10mins indicators all stayed on. Is there any common problems for causing this?

Sounds like flasher unit / relay knackered .

the only way all four indicators would stick on is with the hazards if they faulty. it is possible that an alarm could do this is an aftermarket alarm been installed it is possible the relays in the unit may have stuck if a unit is fitted gently tap it to see if lights go out if they do you need to work out which wires go to thre indicators and disconnect them its either that or a new alarm hope this is helpful
