1999 Ford Escort weird noise/sound at front of car when accelerating

when i accelerate away from lights or stand still,i hear a very weird sound like a flat tyres or something (shocks maybe)as i pulled away,now just had the front tyres replaced and its worst than ever. it sounds very wierd i thought it was the shocks bottoming out as i pull away,but i dont know,could it be a engine mount??

this will sound a bit weird, but it sounds like im wheel spinning when i'm not, a kind of thuddering from wheel movement or suspension problems..?
