I have a electrical fault and aso indicators not working

when i drive my car its fine when i turn engine off and go to start the car back up the battery is drained and i have to wait 40mins to it recharges its self. i bought a new battery and checked all fuese and relays. and now i have noticed my back to indicators dont work
