defo glow plug light checked it owners manual just comes on now and then or flickers as you drive, only thing it says in owners book is ' for diesel engine only and dont start engine untill it goes out' which is what you would expect but its defo 100% glow plug light. Never had new clocks or out car is 1 owner and i no bloke i got it from any ideas before i take bulb out the back of clocks! Could it have out to do with a tiny hole in exhaust centre section

This happened to my son and it tuirned out to be llinked to the lamda system. It would be as well to deal with exhaust then see if any fault codes are stored. Once they are removed the problem should be fixed
