Ford B-MAX clutch pedal goes to the floor

Recently purchased a bmax that’s had a new 3 piece clutch fitted after a couple of weeks clutch pedals dropped to the floor unable to change gear ,garage took car back and rebled the clutch and still doing the same thing ,garage says that my partner is riding the clutch

Unless the clutch is slipping , more likely to be clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder
