Offside passenger door does not open and window does not work

door cannot be opened with the fob or the internal handle

You will need to pull door trim off and check linkage and power to lock and also check wiring where it passes through from A frame into door in rubber sheath for damage / breaks

As above and unplug module then plug back in inside door as sometimes goes into inactive mode ,but also prone for corrosion in wiring
