2003 Ford B-MAX mileage clock

my mileage clock returned to zero while i was changing fuses is there a way i can restore it.....

never heard of this happening do you mean the trip meter because if its the mile ometer then we will all have a go (joke)but if it is the trip meter then it dos happen when power is removed from the unit and no you can not get it back to one or other
