1995 Fiat Ulysse wont start

The car has been standing for about 6 months, when i tried to start it, it started immediately, warmed it up and drove around the block, all seemed fine, once i swtched the car off, it refused to start again. engine turns over easily, fuel coming into the carb, ignition coil is powered up but no spark in the distributor.
Tried starting the engine at night with the distributor cap off, cannot see any spark at all.
this car has a computer box underneath the dash, close to the accellerator and a module under the bonnet, also has a single point injection system.

could be the coil if you have no spark , also check connections between the coil and distributor for any damage to wires , check earth connections are clean if its been standing they could be corroded
