2004 Fiat Stilo dash lights not showing at all

My Fiat Stilo Dash instrument: My Dash went blank although everything on it seem does not work the speedo instrument pointer, fuel gauge pointer, mileage instrument pointer, rave counter all these not working no lights nothing although engine works fine and car drives fine, what might be the problem?
Horn works, headlights indicators work but dash board to show all these are on or working is just off even if car is moving od idling

They do suffer from instrument cluster faults ., here is an example .
