2003 Fiat Stilo rear axel bush

my rear axel bushes are worne I need to replace them. has anyone done this, if so do u need any special tools.

Have not done them on this model but if it,s the same as a fiat van set up ,ie just a big rubber bush then you can chisel out the centre and cut down the side of the bush so you can chisel it out.then clean the surfaces and hammer back in.
