Have problem with fourth gear cannot find it,it seems to disappear from gearbox so am driving 3rd to 5th (no 4th).Theirs no noise at all just unable to find 4th it seems like its blanked off.Has gone for afew weeks then out the blue returns for awhile then again out the blue gone again.At present im without 4th ??????????

id disconnect lincage and check for full movement if all ok then its inside the box, have known movement in lincage to stop 4th gear difficult to advise without seeing car ,our local specialist likes to drive the car b4 stripping in case its a simple fault.be careful as not using 4th will ware clutch
